My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms in the separate outbuilding at the back of the property were comfortable, but lacked hanging space in the wardrobe. The service was friendly and helpful, but sometimes staff were hard to locate. The location was excellent for visiting Waddesdon Manor, but the noise from nearby school activities was a bit bothersome. The dining experience was a mix, with good food but some disappointments in dinner options. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were fantastic, offering a peaceful and comfortable experience with real character and a big balcony. The only downside was being near the busy A41 road, so light sleepers should request a garden-facing room. The service was friendly and helpful, although a bit challenging to find staff at times. The location was ideal for visiting Waddesdon Manor and exploring the area, while the dining experience, though good, had some minor issues. Overall, a great value for money.
